This website is operated by Quasar Watches Ltd (hereinafter also referred to as “Quasar Watches”, “we”, “our” or “us”). Through use of this website, you, the user, confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined below. Quasar Watches are permitted to revise these terms and conditions without notice, with amended terms and conditions taking effect for all users immediately. As a result, you should refer to these terms and conditions regularly.

WEBSITE USE

The website design and content – including but not limited to all text, graphics, information and other material – that is presented on or readily downloadable from this website are either property of, or displayed with prior permission by, Quasar Watches Ltd. This website’s content may not be used outside the use permissible by these terms and conditions unless written approval has been granted by Quasar Watches. You agree to refrain from any activity that could cause damage to this website. You agree to not access or attempt to access other users’ account information. You also agree that you will not breach nor attempt to breach any security measure enforced on this website.

ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE.

Each part of an order that you submit to Quasar Watches constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise. If you have placed your order through the website, then, after Quasar Watches receives your order, you will receive an email from Quasar Watches confirming receipt of your order (usually in minutes). If you do not receive an email from Quasar Watches confirming receipt of an order that you placed, then please contact the Quasar Watches Customer Service department at info@quasarwatches.com before you attempt to place another order for the same merchandise. Please note that Quasar Watches confirmation of receipt of your order does not equate to Quasar Watches acceptance of your order. Quasar Watches is not deemed to have accepted any part of your order until the requested merchandise has been shipped and Quasar Watches has sent a shipment confirmation email.

Quasar Watches has the right to adjust prices, include additional costs and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the colour settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Quasar Watches reserves the right to deny any order for any reason, including where the following situations arise: (1) insufficient information or errors in billing, payment, and/or shipping information; (2) orders that cannot be processed due to erroneous information that you have provided, which includes, but is not limited to incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date, security value, or other incorrect information regarding payment types; (3) suspected fraudulent information; or (4) delayed shipment or unavailability of merchandise.

Quasar Watches may refuse to accept any order if fraudulent activity is suspected. Quasar Watches may refuse to process any subsequent order from a customer who has a history of placing fraudulent orders.

Quasar Watches may refuse any order that is connected with a previous credit card dispute.

ORDER CANCELLATION.

Quasar Watches is liable for any goods that are damaged or lost in transit only if the receiver of the goods contacts our customer service team on: info@quasarwatches.com within 14 days of the delivery of the order. If the goods are lost or damaged when returning the product, the customer is liable. Cancellation is not possible after the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. If the customer refuses to accept the delivery and has not contacted Quasar Watches before his order was dispatched, the customer is liable for all costs due to the return of the order. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipment costs and duties costs. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed their cancellation with Quasar Watches by email at: info@quasarwatches.com and their email has been acknowledged by the Quasar Watches team.

If stock is unavailable, Quasar Watches reserves the right to cancel any order. We will notify the customer of a replacement or any equivalent products when possible. If Quasar Watches receives a package that has not been collected from the post office (or equivalent shipping office) by the customer and the customer requests to have the package sent again, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipment costs. An invoice will be sent to the customer and settlement of the invoice must be completed within 10 days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

Quasar Watches accepts returns on all items within 30 days of receipt. The acceptance of every return is dependent upon the following conditions:

Before returning or attempting to exchange any items purchased from the online store, you must email info@quasarwatches.com to receive a reference number that must then be displayed on the outer packaging of the return item.

You take responsibility for the safe and secure return of any unwanted goods, agreeing that Quasar Watches is not liable for any adjustments or damages made by a third party.

Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method. The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the credit amount you expect. Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.

Disregarding original manufacturing defects where relevant: if an item is returned damaged and or is in need of any refurbishment, the costs associated with any relevant repairs and or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you.

If you wish to exchange an item, the product must be in an identical condition to that in which it was received by you, defining this condition as new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all supplied papers. You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product. Please note shipping fees will be applied to the exchange, according to the destination.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.

Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days from receipt of return.

TAXES.

All prices shown on the Quasar Watches website, www.quasarwatches.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Quasar Watches has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Quasar Watches cannot predict their amount. Quasar Watches advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

MODIFICATIONS OF THESE TERMS.

Quasar Watches reserves the right to change or update, at any time and without prior notice, this and all other documents collectively recognized as the “Terms of Service”, and will notify users of this web site by posting such changed or updated Terms of Service on this page. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this web site. Under certain circumstances we may also elect to notify you of changes or updates to our Terms by additional means, such as by sending you an e-mail.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

The web site and its Contents are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress and other laws and Quasar Watches owns and/or uses with permission all worldwide rights, title and interest in and to the web site and its Contents. Quasar Watches and all other trademarks appearing on the web site are trademarks of Quasar Watches or are licensed and/or used with permission. You agree not to display or use such trademarks without Quasar Watches expressed permission.

THIRD PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES PROVIDER.

Quasar Watches uses PayPal, Inc. (“PAYPAL”) as a third-party service provider for payment services (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services). By using the Quasar Watches Properties, you agree to be bound by PayPal’s User Agreement available at https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full?locale.x=en_US and Privacy Policy available at https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full?locale.x=en_US, as applicable. You hereby consent to provide and authorize Quasar Watches and PayPal to share any information and payment instructions you provide to the extent required to complete the payment transactions in accordance with the Terms, including personal, financial, credit card payment, and transaction information.

WARRANTY.

Your watch is internationally warranted by Quasar Watches for one year from the date of purchase on all models with any material or workmanship defects.
This warranty does not cover:

Straps, glass or batteries. Internal or external damage resulting from excessive wear, improper use or mishandling. Damage resulting from a service provided from an unauthorized service centre.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES.

Quasar Watches properties may contain links to third-party websites. When you click on a link to a third-party website, we will not warn you that you have left Quasar Watches properties and are subject to the terms and conditions (including privacy policies) of another website or destination. Such Third-Party Websites are not under the control of Quasar Watches. Quasar Watches is not responsible for any Third-Party Websites. Quasar Watches provides these Third-Party Websites only as a convenience and does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to Third-Party Websites, or their products or services.
