Refund policy

Quasar Watches will accept the return of any product purchased from our online stores, dependent on the following conditions:

• You must notify Quasar Watches of your intention to return an item within 30 days of receipt by emailing INFO@QUASARWATCHES.COM to receive a returns reference number that MUST be included with the return.

• They must be in original condition.

• For watches and straps, it must be unworn.

• In the original packaging, including any plastic covers, tags, or paperwork (varies by product).

• The item for return must be received by Quasar Watches within 14 days of issue of the returns reference number.

• Quasar Watches inspects all products for quality assurance prior to dispatch.

• Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method. The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the credit amount you expect. Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

• International customers, please be aware that any return shipping duties/taxes charged to Quasar Watches will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to any refund or exchange being made. Disregarding original manufacturing defects where relevant: if an item is returned damaged and is in need of any refurbishment, the costs associated with any relevant repairs and/or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you.

• If you wish to exchange an item, the product must be in an identical condition to that in which it was received by you, defining this condition as new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all supplied papers. You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product. Please note shipping fees will be applied to the exchange, according to the destination.
