Shipping Policy: The Quasar Commitment

At Quasar Watches, we understand that a timepiece is more than just a purchase—it’s an investment. We ensure every watch is handled with the highest level of care from our workshop to your wrist.

Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (your timezone) Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Pre-Orders/Special Editions: Please refer to the specific timeline listed on the product page.

  • Quality Inspection: Every Quasar watch undergoes a final 5-point movement and aesthetic check before it is sealed in our secure packaging.

Security & Delivery Requirements

  • Adult Signature Required: To ensure your watch reaches you safely, all Quasar shipments require a signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders.

  • Fully Insured: Every shipment is insured for its full retail value.

  • Discreet Packaging: For security reasons, our outer shipping boxes are neutral and do not mention "watches" or "luxury" to prevent theft.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Orders (Duties & Taxes)

For customers outside of the United Kingdom, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your border. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
